Terms of Use
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms apply to the WasItOut app and website, operated by Libas Collective Trading LLC, Dubai, UAE. By creating an account you agree to them.
What WasItOut is
WasItOut helps players in residential communities organise padel games, record results and keep a skill level. It is free to use.
Court bookings
Where your community books courts through its own system (for example the ONE Sobha app), that system is the official booking. WasItOut does not reserve courts there. You must hold a valid booking and follow your community's rules on access, guests and facility use. Logging a game in WasItOut does not create or change a community booking.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. One account per person.
- Choose a username that isn't offensive or impersonating someone.
- You can delete your account at any time from the app.
Fair play
- Enter honest scores. The other team confirms results; deliberately false results may lead to suspension.
- Be respectful to other players. Harassment, abuse or spam is not allowed.
- Levels are an estimate to help balance games, not an official ranking.
Playing safely
Padel is a physical sport. You play at your own risk and are responsible for your fitness, equipment and conduct on court. WasItOut does not run or supervise the courts.
Our service
We provide WasItOut "as is" and may change, pause or end features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed games, or disputes between players or with your community.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other players at risk.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE.
