Privacy Policy

WasItOut is a padel app for residential communities in the UAE. It is operated by Libas Collective Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
- Account: your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), and your mobile number, verified by SMS code.
- Profile: your name, @username, preferred side and padel level.
- Community: which community you play in. Where a community asks for it, your building and unit, seen only by that community's admins.
- Games: games you log, host or join (court, date, time, players), scores and confirmations, and the level changes they cause.
- Technical: basic device and log data needed to run and secure the service.
Who can see what
- Other players in your community see your name, @username, side, level and game history.
- Your email and mobile number are private. They are never shown to other players.
- We do not sell your data or show you third-party ads.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account, let you organise and join games, calculate fair levels from confirmed results, send you codes and essential service messages, prevent abuse, and improve WasItOut. We rely on performing our service for you and on our legitimate interest in keeping it safe.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting, database and authentication, Middle East region), Google's SMS service for verification codes, and Twilio SendGrid for email codes. They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, contact details, photos, posts, comments, messages, groups you created, community memberships and upcoming games (details). Past confirmed results stay in other players' history without your name, so their levels stay consistent.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile in the app and delete your account at any time in Me → Delete my account. You may also ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing support@wasitout.com.
Children
WasItOut is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
